The Omega Speedmaster Ref. 3572.50 is essentially the classic Moonwatch, just with a nice added bonus. From the front, it’s exactly what people love about a Speedmaster: hesalite crystal, clean black dial, and the familiar 42mm case. Flip it over, though, and you get a sapphire display caseback that lets you see the Caliber 1863 at work, which is a great touch if you enjoy the mechanical side of the watch.

This example is in excellent pre-owned condition with little to no signs of wear throughout. The case is still sharp, the dial and hands are clean, and the chronograph runs and resets properly. If you want a true Moonwatch but appreciate being able to see the movement, the 3572.50 is a really solid choice.  The movement received a complete service July 2025 and includes a 1-year mechanical warranty from date of purchase. This example comes complete with its original box and papers, dated 2003.
