Return & Exchange Policy

We at HorologyHour want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of receiving them - absolutely FREE!

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date.
  • Products must be in the original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns and exchanges are not available for items marked "final sale" or "clearance".
  • Evidence of purchase, like an invoice or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
