The Rolex Datejust Ref. 16234 strikes a great balance between vintage character and modern usability. As one of the early five-digit Datejust references, it marked a meaningful step forward for the model, introducing a sapphire crystal along with the quick-set date and the Caliber 3135 movement.

This example is in excellent pre-owned condition with little to no visible wear. The “Swiss Made” Luminova dial and hands are clean and well-preserved, and the bracelet remains tight with minimal stretch. Overall, it’s a very honest, well-kept 16234 that wears effortlessly and works just as well as a daily watch as it does in a collection.
